YouTube Channel And The Importance of Having Fun

I have been on a journey the past several years that has truly led me to this moment right now.

I have realized that the best way to make all my dreams come true and to truly have the life I want is to just stop stressing and HAVE FUN.

I am very driven, and I have a lot of crazy goals, but the second I start to focus more on the goal than the creative process, I start to completely lose my joy and stress the ** out. I’m so done with that kind of life. I became a writer because I wanted to create stories that were fun and meaningful, so I’ve made a huge decision over the past year.

Rather than lose myself to stress and worry, I’m going to have fun with my writing and my life.

For me, that also means following my heart and putting myself out there. One of the best and most satisfying parts of being an author is having the opportunity to connect with incredible fans who love my work and fall in love with my characters.

Getting to know you guys and really sharing my life and my process with you is important to me, and I’m done being nervous about what to say or trying to make it all perfect. I just want to be me.

That being said, I’m starting something new and fun that I hope you guys will love! I’m going to be uploading several videos a week to YouTube and here to my website, sharing my writing process, what inspires me, and all kinds of fun behind-the-scenes looks at my books and my life.

I’m really excited about getting to know you guys better and sharing something new with all of you. Subscribe to my YouTube channel or come back to my site for video updates! I’ll do my best to post here when a new video goes up.

I can’t promise that I’ll have several videos a week, because the writing always has to come first, but I’m going to do my best to do Monday and Friday updates at the least. We’ll see how it goes. I’m not putting any pressure on myself. I’m just following my joy :).
