I met some fantastic people, learned a lot through the many workshops, got fifty three new books (most of them free, which is the best price ever), and had both an agent and an editor request my full manuscript! I have been watching “So You Think You Can Dance” religiously this season, and I really think the dancers this year are some of the best ever. The world of publishing is insane. I think most people just don’t realize how long it can take to get a book published. What comes out as a new release today was probably written two years ago.
