Cleaning My Office And Writing Fate’s Surrender | NaNoWriMo Vlog #3

Hey, everyone! I am back today with another weekly vlog. This week, I just had to get my office cleaned up before I could write. Do you ever feel that way? Like you just have to clear up all the clutter so that your brain will cooperate?

If you’ve been following along with my posts recently, you’ll know that November is NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), and I’m attempting to finish Fate’s Surrender. This is the final book in my Eternal Sorrows Trilogy, and I would love to have it out before the end of the year.

NaNoWriMo Vlog #3

Watch today’s video below or over on my YouTube Channel (please subscribe!!) to see how the book is coming along so far after some major reworking of the story and the rough draft so far!

More Updates Soon

That’s all for today, but overall, I’m hard at work and trying to balance life with a new baby at the same time. It’s going to be a close call as to whether I can get this book out before the end of 2019, but if not, it will be out in early January, instead.

If you’ve been wondering when to expect Book 11 of the Shadow Demons Saga, Vengeful Darkness, the latest update is that I’m hoping to have it out early in 2020.

So sorry for the delays, but pregnant life and life with a newborn has been unpredictable and difficult when it comes to writing. Hopefully I’m getting back into a groove now, and I have to tell you, I just got the cover for Vengeful Darkness back from Ravven, and it is AMAZING! I can’t wait to show you!

Start The Eternal Sorrows Trilogy

Have you had a chance to read the first two books in the Eternal Sorrows Trilogy yet?

The first book, Death’s Awakening, is currently FREE over on Wattpad if you want to read it over there. If you want to own the first two books, you can find links to them here.

Here’s a description of what Death’s Awakening is about. One reader explained it like this, “It’s like Stephen King’s The Stand got together with a dark fairytale and beget The Walking Dead.” I just love that description, and it’s pretty spot on.

Life is about to become a nightmareโ€ฆ

Sixteen-year-old Parrish Sorrows lives in the shadow of her prodigy sister, ignored by her parents and shunned as an outsider at her private school.

But today, everything changes.

An ancient evil awakens, spreading a virus that will kill millions in a matter of weeks. When the dead begin to rise, survivors must battle an enemy they canโ€™t even begin to comprehend. But as the world is dying, a mysterious power inside Parrish is reborn. A power that reveals sheโ€™s the key to saving whatโ€™s left of the world.

And sheโ€™s not the only one.

Told from alternating points of view, Deathโ€™s Awakening is equal parts fantasy and horror, witches and zombies, love and loss. It is the story of five extraordinary survivors struggling to realize their destiny as they fight against the darkest evil this world has ever seen.
