Scavenger Hunt: Clue #1

As promised, we’re bringing back the Shadow Demons Scavenger Hunt! I’m keeping the same format as last year, where each day I’ll give you a book title, chapter title, paragraph and word number and you have to find the corresponding word.

But! There’s a twist. This year, the words will spell out a specific sentence AND the words will be out of order, so you’ll have to move them around until you figure out the sentence!

At the end of the 13 days, I’ll post a Google Form for you to fill out with what you think the answer is and as long as you have the correct sentence, YOU WIN!

Tip: A Paragraph is counted any time there is a paragraph break, even if it’s just one line or one word. If it’s a break with an indention, it’s a new paragraph!

Zoom Party Invites

For the first time ever, I’ll be hosting a private zoom party to a limited number of participants! We only have 50 invites available for this fun event, so make sure you’re in my Facebook group or my Discord Server to win!

  9. Oh Spooktacular is so fun! Last year was my first one. I found the community perhaps mid-year and I’ve been slowly picking my way through the books since. Still have a long way to go though.

  57. It was so long ago when I first started to read the Shadow Demons Saga. I believe I was 17 years old at the time, and I was going through a very bad depression. I really didn’t like reading, but after reading Beautiful Demons, I found my love for books. It really helped me to get through tough times. I remember sending Sarra an email after reading Beautiful Demons because I was just so happy that I found that one thing that brought joy into my life. I’m thankful I got to know Harper and step into her world, when my world wasn’t so fun anymore.

  63. I have digital copies that I nabbed a year or so ago, however, I started with the Heart Breathings community in 2017. Should have looked up these series long ago!

  66. I started reading the Shadow Demon series in 2012. At the time when I first started reading the series my son was only 18 months old and my daughter was 7 years old. I was so busy with my small children and my household so reading was really my only escape from reality. My method of relaxation was reading.

I first found you through an alumni of HB90 and P&T, but when I realized the first few books of Shadow Demons were free I jumped in and all of a sudden couldn’t put the books down! From there I made sure to catch as many live readings of the books as I could, and now I come to every coffee chat ^-^. I’m still a bit behind, but I’m planning to do a full series reread this autumn!
