The Witch’s New Year 🔮✨
Today, we’re gathering for our weekly Friday Coffee Chat to talk about witchy ways to set big goals for the new year ahead!
We’ll dream a little, think about what we want to invite into our lives, and explore how to make those big goals feel exciting and achievable. Bring your favorite drink, settle in, and come hang out with me!
A Little Birthday Love for Beautiful Demons 🖤📚
Before we get into the rest of today’s fun, I want to take a moment to celebrate what Spooktacular means to me.
Spooktacular is a birthday party for my very first novel, Beautiful Demons! Sixteen years ago, I had no idea if anyone would want to read that book, or anything else I had to write. But I took a chance, published it on my own as an indie author, and kept going.
Today, I’ve sold over one million copies of my books, and that is something I never could have imagined back when I first started.
This month of Spooktacular fun is a love letter to every single person who has purchased, read, recommended, or shared one of my books over the years. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or discovered my stories recently, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve helped make this journey possible, and I’m so grateful you’re here.
And there’s still more to come! I’m so excited to finish the series in 2027, and I can’t wait to share that next chapter with you. ❤️

My favorite creature is a Vampire, because of their superhuman speed, strength and eternal life…
My favourite supernatural creature is a werewolf. I read a lot of wolf romances and am currently writing my own. I find the full moon shifting fascinating.
My favourite supernatural creature was a vampire, because of all the hype. But I would probably say a Witch now as having magical powers, casting spells etc would be cool
My favourite creature isn’t supernatural, it’s mythological (does that still count) but I love gryphons. I love that symbolize both the warrior and the wise one.
I think i would have to go with dragons because they can fly and breathe fire.
It’s a tie between witches and fairies. I’ve always wanted magical powers like witches and then well fairies have their powers too. I’ve always been drawn to these two creatures with my reading and fall in love with their stories.
My favourite super natural creature are witches
Shapeshifters are my favorite. And someone who can shape shift into a dragon is the best.
My favorite supernatural is fae. Because they have magic and depending on the magic they can shapeshift, they can heal, they can do almost anything.
Ghosts – because every one has their own interpretation of them and they can do so many spooky things!
I am loving this.
For me it’s always witches
My favorite supernatural creature … that’s a tie between a dragon (because I’d love to fly on one!) and a witch (because I like to believe I’m one myself :D)!
I lover your books
Vampires! They’re a classic and you can have so many variations
My favorite supernatural creatures are witches (but can we call them creatures? If not that it’s werewolves)
It’s hard to pick one favorite supernatural creature, but my inner child loves unicorns. I have a unicorn lamp and tape dispenser in my office lol!
Are angels considered supernatural? If so, I’d love to encounter an angel out in the world.
My fav supernatural creature is a nine tailed fox
I’d say dragons. I’ve always loved dragons. Plus that is my Chinese zodiac sign.
My favorite supernatural creature is the chupacabra!
Hi, Sarra!
Happy 16th Anniversary, Beautiful Demons! <3
My fav supernatural creatures are witches and ghosts :}
Oh, gosh, this is an incredibly generous prize. Thank you just for that kindness. I’ve loved Spooktacular once again. This near I was more mindful about participating and I’m glad. It was a so fun. Thank you again!
Witchesssssss
Werewolf I think
Vampires. For their supernatural skills and eternal life.
My favorite would have to be either a witch or a vampire. A witch because they do have powers that can be used to help people and a vampire because of the strength and speed
Witches or Vampire Slayer!
Unicorns because they are beautiful and majestic and witches because they know spells and potions.
dragon is fun
My favourite supernatural creature is a witches familiar ⬛
Witches if you count them as creatures. Dragons if not.
I’m kinda into shifters in general I feel like it would be cool to shift into something else (wolf, cat, dragon, crow) any of them seem great!
Witches! Oh they powers that can be harnessed.
Witches and vampires are my favorite supernatural creatures. Congratulations on the birthday of Beautiful Demons.
Vampire are my favorite ❤️♂️
My favorite supernatural creature is a vampire because rather than swapping between the killer and the human-like werewolves-they have to consciously fight against their nature and I find that very interesting
Also because I ended up watching and reading more vampire stories than not lol
